Close to the production hall of Víno Matyšák in Glejovka in Pezinok, Peter Matyšák has established an organic farm where the gardeners grow various sorts of vegetables and herbs. For the lunch, our restaurant´s customers are served the potatoes, tomatoes, salad, peppers, cucumber and other sorts of vegetables harvested the same day in the morning. A carrot or parsley in the soup is also grown in this organic farm which is a guarantee of first-class freshness and quality.
All the products for the restaurant are carefully selected and the quality is supervised by the owner. The meat supplied by selected suppliers is processed by our own butcher making products from it exactly to the taste of our guests.
